Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Loom & Looster, we offer a 7-day Exchange & Replacement Policy. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are simply unwanted, no longer required, or ordered by mistake.

7-Day Exchange & Replacement

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or replacement.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase/order details

Exchange or replacement requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

After reviewing the issue, our team will provide the appropriate exchange or replacement solution.

No Returns or Refunds

Loom & Looster does not offer returns or refunds.

We only provide exchanges/replacements in accordance with the conditions mentioned in this policy.

A product cannot be returned or refunded because it is:

  • No longer required

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Not preferred by the customer

  • Different from what the customer expected

Products sent back without prior approval from Loom & Looster will not be accepted.
