EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY

Applicability of Policy

By agreeing to purchase Product(s) on loomlooster.com and/or initiating a request for exchange through our portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, we advise you not to transact on loomlooster.com.

Please note that Loom & Looster may, from time to time, update the terms of this Policy. Every time you wish to use the portal, please review the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

Exchange of Products

At Loom & Looster, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • (a) Product does not fit (size issue);
  • (b) Product is received in defective or damaged condition;
  • (c) Product or shipping package has been tampered/damaged;

(d) Any part/accessory of the product is missing.

Mandatory Conditions for Exchange

You may initiate an exchange request provided the product(s) satisfy the following conditions:

  1. The product has not been worn, washed, altered, or tampered with.
  2. The brand tags, original packaging, and accessories (if any) are intact and not damaged or discarded.
  3. There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or other damage on the product.
  4. The product is returned in an unused, unwashed, and saleable condition.
  5. Products purchased as a set must be exchanged as a complete set.

Loom & Looster reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the above conditions are not met.

Exchange Process

  1. To initiate an exchange, please write to us at support@loomlooster.com with your Vorder ID, reason for exchange, and supporting photographs (if applicable).
  2. Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner (subject to service availability in your pincode).
    • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  3. Upon receipt, the product will undergo a Quality Check. Once approved, your exchange will be processed.
  4. Estimated delivery of exchanged product: 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  5. Important Points

    • Exchanges are strictly allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged products.
    • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
    • If the requested size is unavailable, you will be issued a Store Credit/Gift Card equivalent to the product value.
    • Store Credits are valid for 6 months and can be used on future purchases at loomlooster.com.
    • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
    Cancellations are not permitted once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

30-Day Product Review

We offer a 30-day review period for garment-related issues such as:

  • Color bleeding,
  • Print cracks,
  • Finishing flaws.

If reported within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue. Requests raised after 30 days will not be eligible.
